May peace and comfort be with you and your family at this difficult time.
Mrs. Lou Ann, Julie & Tommy, Ashley & Chris, Avery, and Mrs. Hazel Reeves,
May you all feel the peace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ in your hearts and find comfort knowing your loving husband, father, father in law, grandfather, great grandfather and brother is in paradise. He will be missed by you all but the precious memories of his devoted life to all of you will lessen the sorrow. May God Bless you all as you go on with your lives until you all meet again in heaven. Amen. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this very sad time.
Your Sister in Christ,
Charlotte Darbonne
Aunt Lou Ann and Julie, please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers in the loss of Uncle Charles. Daddy sends his condolences and prayers for you during this difficult time. He wanted me to express to you that he so wanted to attend the visitation and funeral, but just wasn’t feeling up to it (he’s 93 now). Rest assured that even though distance and the activities of life have hindered us from keeping in touch, you, Uncle Charles and Julie have meant so much to our family. We treasure the memories of the visits over the years. We pray for the Lord’s comfort for your hearts, and know as you do that we’ll have a great reunion someday when we see our Savior—the Lord Jesus face to face. God bless you!
Love,
Renee (Witherwax) Shamblin
Aunt LouAnn, Julie, & family. . . though I can not attend services in person, please know that I will be there in spirit lifting you up in thought and prayers. May our Lord and Savior comfort each of you with his Holy Spirit, and as He has promised, give you a peace that passes all our understanding.

I’ve had the pleasure to cut Mr. Charles’ hair. We will miss seeing him. He sure loved his family. I’ve heard wonderful stories of Drake, Avery, and Amelia. Prayers to you all.
I loved hearing your mom and dad tell me their love story last time I saw them. All of your Gregg Street neighbors mourn his passing. Cathe Manuel Charlier
