When I was in Charles' 7th grade class in the late 60's he went around the room asking each student whether they thought we should be sending astronauts into space. Only 2 or 3 of us said "yes." When everyone had spoken he gave a passionate speech about the important of space exploration and scientific advancements. Such a wonderful human being, radiating warmth and acceptance. And what a sense of humor!
Coonie was a great guy. Always smiling and always friendly. I graduated from St. Eds with Neetsie so have many good memories of your mom and dad.

Mr.Ardoin was one of my jr.high teachers ...... I believe 67 - 68 . He was an influence in my life at that time. Not only a good teacher but a good man. Had a way of making you feel like you were someone special. I would meet him occasionally at Super One and did remind him of that. May he rest in peace ......... Harold Menard
