A funeral service for Catherine Stanley McGee, 54, will be held on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 2 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Fr. Cedric Sonnier will officiate. A rosary will be prayed on Sunday evening at 7 PM led by Fr. Cedric Sonnier. Catherine passed away on Friday, October 14, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Mat McGee of Eunice; a son, Michael McGee & his wife Shelly of Eunice; two daughters, Melissa McGee and Mecah McGee both of Eunice; two brothers, Donald Estillette of Eunice and Murphy Johnson of The Villages, FL; a sister, Shirley Fontenot of Eunice; 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar W. Stanley and Ethel Thibodeaux; a brother, Jim Stanley; a sister, Betty Byars.
