Carolyn Chapman was born on March 8, 1943 and passed away on September 7, 2012 at the age of 69. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday September 10, 2012 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 2 PM. Father Cedric Sonnier will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Thomas More Cemetery in Eunice. Carolyn is survived by her husband, Joseph "Joe" Chapman of Eunice; two sons, Joey Chapman and wife Sarah, Brian Chapman and wife Roxanne both of Eunice; five daughters, Cindy Fontenot and husband Craig, Jessica Frey, Angie Fontenot and husband Farrel, Mona Fruge and husband Jeff, Shawn Greene and husband Mark all of Eunice; one brother, Dennis Miller Jr. of Lake Charles; one step sister, Eva Ardoin Johnson of Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dennis and Clementine Romaine Miller Sr.; one sister Mardrie M. Bertrand. The family will receive friends on Sunday September 9, 2012 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home from 10 AM until 11 PM. A Rosary will be prayed at 7 PM on Sunday by Dacon David Guillory. The Funeral Home will reopen Monday at 8 AM for visitation until service time.
