Brenda McGee Fruge passed away on Wednesday October 30, 2013 at the age of 65. Funeral Services will be held on Monday November 4, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Pastor Danny Ortego will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Brenda is survived by her husband, Johnny Fruge of Mamou; two daughters, Yvette D. Fontenot and Heather S. Ordner, both of Mamou; two sons, Thomas C. Fruge of Eunice and Michael W. Fruge of Mamou; two sisters, Tina McGee of Mamou and Linda Sue Zimmerman of Colorado Springs, CO; eighteen grand children and eight great grand children. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gladwood and Mary Granger McGee. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Sunday November 3, 2013 at 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. The funeral home will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday for visitation until time of service. Quirk& Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
