Blake Fontenot passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at the age of 49. No Services have been planned at this time. Blake is survived by his father, Sonny Fontenot; one son, Brandon Wedlock; three daughters, Jamie Fontenot, Leslie Fontenot, Jacquelyn Young and husband Shannon; one sister, Lori Fontenot and eight grandchildren, Kenley, Nathan, Lucas, Zoey, Adleigh, Kylen, Lennon, Jaxson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annette Johnston Ortego.
