Billy Ray "Slop" Clark passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at the age of 61. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 13, 2024 at New Zion Baptist Church with Pastor Allen Ben officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day at the church from 8:00 AM until time of Services. The repast will take place at New Zion Life Center immediately following the burial. Billy is survived by one son, Brian Monday, Sr. (Victoria); three daughters, Dalena Lewis, Reva LaRue (Naquan), Deashia Lawrence (Markus Ford-Major); one sister, Linda Clark; fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Clark, Sr. and Lena Wilson Clark; one brother, Alfred Clark, Jr.; one sister, Elouise Johnwell.
