Betty Ann Janise Guillory

August 5, 1942 – June 23, 2026. Betty Ann Janise Guillory of Eunice, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. She was 83 years old.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home, with Rev. Travis Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be held the same day beginning at 10:00 AM and continuing until the time of service.

Betty was full of life and loved her family deeply. Above all else, she loved Jesus with all her heart and lived her life with that faith guiding her every step. She cherished every moment spent visiting with her children and friends. One of her favorite weekly traditions was “Walmart Day” every Monday with her daughters—a day filled with shopping, laughter, and making memories. Strong-willed and unapologetically opinionated, Betty lived life with an edge that matched her words. She leaves behind a legacy of fierce love, vibrant spirit, and unwavering faith that touched everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Emmett Guillory Jr.; her parents, Exile and Delia LeJeune Janise; her sisters, Irene Credeur, Jane Boone, Christine Fontenot, and Lisa Jo Janise; and her brother, Clayton Janise.

Betty is survived by her four children: Jo Ann Andrus, Melissa Guillory, Darren Guillory, and Dennis Guillory; her sister Jackie Janise; her brothers Clifford Janise and Sherman Janise; 19 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She will be dearly missed by her entire family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
