Bessie Lee Lachney Rigsby passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016, at the age of 81.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 2, 2016, at 1:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Pastors David Fultz and Tommy McManus will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery in Eunice.

She is survived by one son, Calvin Rigsby and wife Paula of Morse, LA; two daughters, Anita Easter and husband Kenneth of College Station, TX, and Donna Fisher and husband Jeff of Eunice; two brothers, O.C. Lachney of California, Robert Heimbach of Harrison, AR; three sisters, Jeri Eddlemon of Shreveport, Dolores Perkins of Vinton, and Sandy Bernard of Breaux Bridge; two grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

Bessie was preceded in death by her parents, Camille Lachney and Leitha Bellgard Heimbach; her husband, Eldridge "Man" Rigsby; one brother, Herbert Heimbach; a grandson, Jared Easter.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The funeral home will reopen on Monday at 8:00 AM for visitation until the time of the service.
