Belinda Russell Savoy passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019, at the age of 62. No Services have been scheduled at this time. Belinda is survived by her husband, Keith Savoy, one son, Jason Savoy of Eunice, one brother, Tony Russell of Rosepine, La., one sister, Stacy McQueary of Natchitoches, La., two grandchildren, Grayson and Ainsley. Belinda was preceded in death by her parents, David Russell and Judith Billings, two sisters; Janet McArty and Sheila Russell. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
