Barbara Quirk Ross passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the age of 71. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Pastor Hardy Estes officiating. Burial will follow in Beaver Creek Cemetery in Beaver Creek, La. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Quirk & Son and will resume at 8:00 AM on Saturday until time of Service. Barbara is survived by her companion, James Strother; one daughter, Marcia Coker and husband Adrian; one brother, Gregory Quirk & wife Darlene; one sister, Susan Sanford and husband Dare; seven grandchildren, Katrina Coker (Zackary McBride), Jessika Coker, Dylan Coker, Krystal Coker, Lysondra Leggett, Zachary Lee Ross, Gavin Hargrove; one great grandchild, Bryden Durand. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Johnny Lee Ross, Sr.; one son, Johnny Lee Ross, Jr.; her parents, Charles Daniel and Essie Mae Miller Quirk. Pall bearers will be Zachary Ross, Adrian Coker, Gavin Hargrove, Shawn Durand and Zachary McBride.
