Barbara Jean Holmes Hardy passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at the age of 75. A Mass Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at St. Augustine with Father Keenon Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held at St. Augustine on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of Services. Barbara is survived by four sons, Kevin Hardy (Charlotte), Phillip Hardy, Richard Holmes, Early Hardy; one brother, Michael Holmes (Sedonia); ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Phillip Hardy; her parents, Earley and Ethel Savoy Holmes; two brothers, Early Holmes, Lionel Holmes; five sisters, Shirley Lundy, Geraldine Dotson, Asalee McHenry, Emma Malone, Rose Holloway.
