Barbara Frey Arnold passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at the age of 76. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Father John Dugas officiating. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day at Quirk & Son from 7:00 AM until time of Services. Barbara is survived by her husband, James Russell Arnold; two sons, Chris Arnold, Jarred Arnold; two daughters, Nikki Ortego (Shannon), Elizabeth Arnaud (Gregg); one brother, Lenny Frey; eight grandchildren, Zachary Arnold, Phillip Arnold, Morgan Arnold, Madison Ortego, Carter Ortego, Drew Ortego, Lindsay Vidrine (Bailey), Hallie Jo Arnaud; two great-grandchildren, Decker Landry and Mary Elizabeth Landry. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph J. and Madeline Fultz Frey.
