Ashton Terrill Edwards passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at the age of 15. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at St. Mathilda Catholic Church with Father Nick Ware Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mathilda Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day at the Bishop Ceaser Center from 8:00 AM until time of Services, with a Rosary at 10:00 am by the Ladies Auxiliary. Ashton is survived by his father, Teddy Arvie; his mother, Ashley Edwards (Delma Richard); five brothers, Desland Arvie, Elijah Arvie, Cameron Arvie, Kyelin Jackson, Tlyn Cormier; one sister, Ashlyn Richard; maternal grandmother, Carrie Edwards; paternal grandparents, Reethel and Willery Arvie, Jr.; Godmothers, Natasha Edwards and Meosha Wilridge; Gotherfathers, Junious Simien and Peter John Guilbeau, Jr. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Steve Spencer.
