Anthony David Fontenot, I was born on September 13, 1967 and passed away on November 14, 2012 at the age of 45. Anthony is survived by his wife, Elaine Beard Fontenot of Iota, LA; his parents, Richard and Peggy Adkins Fontenot of Basile, LA; two sons, Garrett Kyle Fontenot of Iota, LA and Anthony David Fontenot, II of Basile, LA; two brothers, Jamie Marcus Fontenot and wife Heather of Basile, LA; Adam Wayne Fontenot and fiancé Eva of Eunice, LA; two nephews, Pvt. Kaleb Fontenot stationed in Fort Campbell, KY and Tristan Marcus Fontenot; one niece, Bailey Fontenot; one grandchild, Balin. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012, at 2:00 PM at the Home of Anthony's brother, Jamie. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
