Eunice Ansel Phillip "Doc" McCullough, age 29, died July 17, 2008 at his residence in Eunice, La. He is survived by his parents, Michael Ross McCullough, Sr. and Brenda Bourgeois McCullough of Eunice, La.; wife, Holly Cooper McCullough of Eunice, La.; one sister, Nichole McCullough Soileau and husband Travis of Eunice, La.; two brothers, Michael Ross McCullough, Jr. of Greenwell Springs, La., Charles Patrick and his wife Janet McCullough of Baker, La.; Maternal grandmother, Hazel Bourgeois of Eunice, La. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Phillip Mac Bourgeois; and his Paternal grandparents, John Paul and Florenine Leddy McCullough, Sr. His family will have a private memorial at a later date.
