Anna Mae Brunet Johnson passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at the age of 86. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Chuck Ortego officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day from 8:00 AM until time of Services, with a Rosary at 12:15 PM by Deacon Ortego. Anna is survived by one son, Markel Johnson and his wife Marilyn; one daughter, Debra Vidrine and her husband Blaine; three grandchildren, Jeremy Johnson and his wife Candice, Brittany Vidrine and her husband Stan, Bailey Johnson; four great-grandchildren, Averie Johnson, Amelie Vidrine, Jon Curtis Vidrine and Annalise Vidrine. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Curtis Johnson; son, James Todd Johnson; parents, Elius Brunet and Wilma Guillory Brunet; brother Lee Simon Brunet and sister Elsie Firmin.
