Anita Aymond Richard passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the age of 65. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at St. Anthony's with Father John Dugas Celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held Friday, May 9, 2025 from 10:30 AM until 9:00 PM at Quirk & Son, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Deacon Chuck Ortego. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Saturday until time of departure for Services. Anita is survived by three sons, Alex Ardoin (Lori), Paul Richard (Katherine), Jacque Richard (Mallory); one daughter, Katie Richard (Greg); one brother, Joe Aymond (Stacy); ten grandchildren, Natalie Richard, Wyatt Ardoin, Abigail Ardoin, Avery Richard, Khloe Glaze, Grant Ardoin, Daniel Richard, Ira Richard, Anthony Glaze and Mac Richard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin "Ironhead" Richard; her parents, Hebert and Leanna Miller Aymond; two brothers, Douglas Aymond and Gregory Aymond.
