Angela Klumpp Jenkins passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014 at the age of 55. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Basile. Father David Hebert will officiate. Burial will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery in Basile. Angela is survived by her husband, Jerry Jenkins; her father, Donavon R. Klumpp of T-Mamou; one son, Brandon Moreau of New Orleans; two stepsons Jeff Jenkins of Iota and Jeremy Jenkins of Basile; one stepdaughter, Tori Bazinet of Basile; three brothers, Rusty Klumpp of Lafayette, Keith Klumpp of Iota, and Christopher Klumpp of Basile; and ten grandchildren. At the request of the family, visitation will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2014, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Basile. A Rosary will be prayed by Father David Hebert at 5:30 p.m. that evening. The funeral home will reopen at 8: 00 a.m. on Thursday for visitation until the time of service. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
