Amynth Lavergne Dies Winn passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the age of 97. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. Burial will follow in St. Edwards Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM, when Deacon Gaudin will pray the Rosary, followed by Services. Amynth is survived by four sons, Darrell Dies (Marilyn)), Harold Dies (Jennelle), Ronald Dies (Linda), Michael Dies (Donna); fifteen grandchildren, John, Jason, Jeremy, Kevin, Lisa, Scott, Renee`, Brian, Travis, Jolane, John, Crystal, Nicole, Mason and Joey, as well as numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Phillip Dies; her second husband, John Winn; two sons, John Dies, Felton Dies; daughter-in-law, Margaret Dies; her parents, Emile and Dorena Clavier Lavergne; three brothers, Ervan Lavergne, Leo Lavergne, Shelby Lavergne; two sisters, Joyce Miller and Ella Mae Romaine. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Dies, John Austin Dies, Parker Dies, Brian Dies, John Dies and Mason Dies.
