Alidia Ceasar Ardoin passed away on Saturday March 29, 2014 at the age of 87. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday April 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile. Father David Hebert will officiate. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Basile. Alidia is survived by one daughter, Emma Ardoin of Orange CA; three sons, Louis Ardoin of Atlanta, GA, Charles Ardoin of Basile, and Austin Ardoin of Franklin; numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Clara Guillory Ceasar; her husband, Adam Ardoin; one daughter, Clara Jones; and numerous brothers and sisters. At the request of the family, visitation will be held at St. Augustine Catholic Church on Saturday April 5, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
