Alfred Salazar Sr. of Opelousas, La passed away on March 25, 2012. No arrangements have been scheduled at this time. Mr. Salazar is survived by his wife, Velma Salazar of Eunice,La. One daughter Linda Ramos of Lawtell, La. and one son, Robert V. Salazar of Houston, Tx. He had nine grand children, eighteen great grand children and numerous great great grand children. He was preceeded in death by his father Victor Salazar, his mother Cleotilda Ojero Salazar, his brother Pabo Salazar, his sister Mercedes Hernandez, two sons Alfred Salazar Jr. and Jerry Salazar, two daughters Eunice Salazar and Elizabeth Gonzales, a grandson Frank Fernandez, and a great grandson John Mendez. Quirk & Son Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
