Addilyn Faith Kelly passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019, at the age of two weeks. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019, at 1:00 PM at Ashford Cemetery in Basile. Deacon David Guillory will officiate. Addilyn is survived by her mother, Macy Fontenot, her father, Justin Kelly, three brothers; Noah Blaze Kelly, Tanner Jace Kelly, Connor Guage Kelly, maternal grandparents; Benjie and Pam Fontenot and JoAnn Wedlock, paternal grandparents; Jennifer Eaves and Lawrence Kelly.
