Adam Thibodeaux passed away on Friday December 14, 2012 at the age of 88. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday December 17, 2012 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church at 10 AM. Msg. Robert Romero will officiate. Burial will follow at Reed Cemetery in Lanse Meg. Adam is survived by five daughters, Ella T. Harrell of Eunice; Dolores Fay LeJeune of Church Point; Linda Gail Dietz of Eunice; Ramona Irene Kibodeaux of Eunice; Sherry Ann Fontenot of Eunice; one son, Donald Ray Thibodeaux of Eunice; one sister, Wilma Andrepont of Eunice; numerous grand children and great grand children. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Alida Thibodeaux Thibodeaux; his wife, Ida Thibodeaux Thibodeaux; one daughter, Rita T. Manuel; one son, Allen Ray Thibodeaux; one brother, J.B. Thibodeaux; six sisters, Eda T. Thibodeaux, Clymos T. Labbie, Amos T. Young, Octave T. Thibodeaux, Eve T. Reed, Lucille T. Cormier. As requested by the family, visitation will be held on Sunday December 16, 2012 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home from 8 AM to 10 PM. A Rosary will be prayed by Layton Thibodeaux on Sunday at 7 PM. The funeral home will reopen Monday at 8 AM until service. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
