Adam LaFleur passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019 at the age of 92. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Basile with Father Keenon Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery in Basile. At the request of family, visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 8:00 AM until time of Services at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Basile. A Rosary will be prayed at 10:00 AM. Adam is survived by one daughter, Evelyn LaFleur-Williams; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two great- great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Arterisa Hardi LaFleur; his wife, Lee Ethel Thibodeaux LaFleur; one son, Chester Ceaser; four brothers, Mark LaFleur, Amos LaFleur, Antoine LaFleur, Dewey LaFleur; five sisters, Elizabeth Andrepont, Alice Gradney, Edna Louis, Elsina Papillion, Arelene Semien.
